THE BODY THAT LEARNED

At 36, Lauren had built a life most women would envy.

Career. Freedom. Respect. The ability to go anywhere, do anything, choose everything.

And she went to bed alone wondering, in that quiet way successful women do, whether love was simply not something she was going to get to have.

She wasn't broken. She wasn't unlovable. Her nervous system just hadn't learned yet that it was safe to receive what she'd been working so hard to build.

That realization changed everything. And it became the foundation of every piece of work she does today.

LAUREN'S

Story

Lauren’s work is rooted in lived experience, rigorous training, and deep embodiment. She built a visible, successful life early. Achievement came naturally, but ease did not.

Through her own embodied journey and her training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Lauren discovered a truth that changed everything: awareness alone does not create transformation. The nervous system has to learn it's safe enough to receive what you've been working toward.

As her capacity expanded, her life reorganized. Love arrived with steadiness. Wealth arrived and stayed. Leadership became spacious and sustainable.

Today, Lauren serves women who recognize the same invitation, not to build more, but to receive more.

Today Lauren works with high-achieving women who are done being the most capable person in the room and the loneliest person in their own life.

Her methodology, The Relational Somatic Method™, bridges nervous system science, relational patterns, and identity-level transformation. It is precise, rigorous, and built from lived experience.

THE WORK TODAY

This is not surface-level coaching or somatic experiencing. This is the work that goes where nothing else has.

"I am worthy of love."

"I had been in therapy for years. I could name every pattern, trace it back to childhood, explain it clinically. And I was still ending up in the same dynamics. Within twelve months of this work I was engaged, planning a family, and building my own somatic practice. This work changed my life." - Chrissy Summering
